Orders & Shipping
Products are made on demand and typically take 2–5 business days to produce, then 3–7 business days to ship. Canada and US orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days total. We'll send you a tracking number once it ships.
Yes — free shipping on orders over $75 for both Canada and the US. Under $75 and standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
Canada and the United States. International shipping isn't available yet — but we're working on it. Honest answer: sign up for our email list and we'll let you know when that changes.
Because everything is made on demand, we have a very short window to make changes. Contact us immediately at beblunt.com/contact and we'll do our best. Once production has started we can't make changes — but if something goes wrong we'll always make it right.
Products
Yes. Every product is printed or embroidered specifically for your order. That means no waste, no overstock, and every item is fresh. It also means a slightly longer production time than buying off a shelf — but it's worth it.
Sizes range from XS to 3XL depending on the product. Each product page has a size guide — we recommend checking it before ordering. The Bella+Canvas tees run slightly fitted. The Gildan hoodies are true to size with a relaxed fit.
The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. For maximum longevity hand washing is recommended — especially for the print. The message will stay. Much like the meeting it references.
Yes and we actually read them. If you've got a message that should be on a mug, a hat, or a card — send it through. The best ones end up on real products. No promises but we're listening.
Returns & Issues
That's on us. Take a photo and contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement at no charge. We don't make you jump through hoops — if it's damaged, we fix it. Full stop.
Because products are made on demand we don't accept returns for change of mind. However if there's a quality issue, wrong item, or anything that's our fault — we'll make it right. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Check your tracking number first — it's in your shipping confirmation email. If it's been more than 14 business days with no movement, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and make it right.
